We have a variety of office spaces to accommodate your various needs.

We understand a startup’s need to be lean with their expenses, and our office memberships are priced with this in mind. We also encourage shared offices for teams, and are glad to help figure out how to get your office best setup to accommodate your team.

Prices range from $400/month to $1700/month depending on size and location.

Coworking Spaces

We have a variety of spaces for coworking, soft seating, high-top desks, collaborative spaces, and more.

Amenities include snacks, coffee, soda, tea, sparkling water on tap, and more. A business mailing address can be added for $25/mo.

Incubator Programs

We are a State-Certified Business Incubator equipped to help your business thrive.

If you’re interested in participating in our incubator, feel free to email us at hello@vergeokc.com.

Through mentoring, programming, and access to our community of resources, our incubator will help your ideas take flight. Not to mention participants in a State-Certified Business Incubator are eligible for certain tax exemptions.

Our ability to accept new incubator tenants is contingent upon private office space availability, as participation requires The Verge to be your primary office.
